Order

Ordering from Esterella Lingerie is very easy:

Step 1. Place the desired item in the shopping cart

Go to the item of your choice, choose your size and click on the 'Add to cart' button.
Once you've placed all the items you've chosen in your shopping cart, go to the shopping cart button on the right side of the page. Finished shopping?
Then click on the 'Proceed to checkout' button.

Step 2. Provide personal information

To process your order, we ask you to provide some personal information. Already have an Esterella Lingerie account? Simply log in with your email address and password; you won't need to re-enter your information.
If you are ordering for the first time, you have the option to create an account.
Please note: To order from Esterella Lingerie, you must be 16 years or older.

Step 3. Shipping

You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or pick it up yourself at our store.
If you would like the item you ordered to be festively gift wrapped, this option is available at an additional cost.

Step 4. Choose a secure payment method

Then you choose your payment method: directly with iDEAL, Bancontact/Mister Cash, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, V Pay, or bank transfer. Your credit card will only be charged after you receive your order.

Step 5. Check your order

Under "Check your order," you'll see the current shipping costs. After reviewing your details and order, and accepting all terms and conditions, click the "Checkout" button to complete your order.

Returns

Returning an order is possible within 30 working days.
We will process your return within 14 business days of receipt. You will then receive a refund in the account you used for payment.

Please include the cancellation form in your package. You can find this form in our terms and conditions.
If you are unable to print the form, you may include a handwritten note with your package. Please include your full name and order number so we can process the package correctly.


You must meet the following conditions:

  • You can only return items purchased at Esterella.nl
  • The item must be returned (if reasonably possible) undamaged, unworn, clean, with the tag attached, and in proper packaging. Items with, for example, a perspiration or nicotine odor are considered damaged, and any reduction in value will be deducted from the purchase price. If the items are not accepted and are returned, the return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
  • The costs and shipping risk of returning are for the buyer, unless it concerns an incorrect or damaged item, in which case the shipping costs and shipping risk are for Esterella.nl
  • If your order has been delivered and you indicate that you would like to exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 30 days to return the item without giving any reason.
  • You can only return an item for a different size (if available). In the event of a return (cancellation of the purchase of one or more items), the refund amount will be refunded as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after cancellation, including all payments made up to that point.
  • If you have any complaints or damage (during transport), please first contact Esterella.nl by phone. You can reach them by email at klantenservice@esterella.nl or by phone at 045-5714103.
  • In case of any damage or unpaid shipment, we will charge you for the costs.
  • As a consumer, you can always use the European model withdrawal form to return your order to us within the first 30 days. You can find this form in our terms and conditions.

  • The entrepreneur has a sufficiently well-known complaints procedure and handles the complaint in accordance with this complaints procedure.
  • Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur within a reasonable time, fully and clearly described, after the consumer has discovered the defects.
  • Complaints submitted to the entrepreneur will be answered within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, the entrepreneur will respond within 14 calendar days with a confirmation of receipt and an indication of when the consumer can expect a more detailed response.
  • If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute arises that is subject to the dispute resolution procedure.

    We will do everything we can to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. After receiving your complaint, we will respond within two business days to find a solution as quickly as possible.

Warranty & complaints procedure when purchasing a breast prosthesis

Breast prostheses come with a two-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects.

External damage, such as holes in the foil and wear and tear, is not covered by the warranty. Exposure to skin acids, oils, and perspiration can shorten the lifespan of the prosthesis.

If you wish to make a warranty claim or are dissatisfied with our service, please contact Esterella Lingerie. We will always handle your complaint personally and try to resolve it to your satisfaction, within our means.

We are affiliated with the complaints committee Erisietsmisgaan.nl . If you are unable to reach an agreement with us, you can contact this independent complaints committee.

If you have any questions about your prosthesis or your health insurance coverage, please call us at +31 (0)45 - 5714103. Breast prostheses are covered by basic health insurance. Therefore, your health insurer may charge you a deductible.

Warranty

Explanation and explanation of the Warranty & Lifespan

Report an article complaint.
Did you receive a defective item or did it break within the 14-day return period? Please report your complaint within 14 days. If possible, we will exchange the defective item immediately.

Legal warranty.
All items you purchase from Esterella Lingerie come with a legal warranty. This means that an item must be in good condition upon delivery and function properly under normal use.
In addition to the legal warranty, we also look at the economic lifespan of the item, because one product lasts longer than another.

Economic lifespan.
UNETO-VNI has conducted research into the average lifespan of a large number of items. You can also consult this list if you're curious about the economic lifespan of your item via uneto-vni.nl.

What is a good product?
You should be able to use an item for at least a certain amount of time without any problems. How long an item lasts depends on its type. If you buy something on sale, you're still entitled to a good product. When is a product defective?
An item is not good if it is incomplete, damaged, or broken.

Warranty period.
If an item doesn't function properly within the applicable warranty period, we'll work with you as quickly as possible to find a suitable solution. This could include a free repair, a new item, or a refund. If the problem with the item is your own fault, you're not entitled to a free repair, a new item, or a refund. If you used the item normally but it's simply worn out, you're also not entitled to a free repair, a new, comparable product, or a refund.

Warranty certificate.
The invoice (or other proof of purchase) for your order also serves as your item's warranty certificate. If you wish to make a warranty claim, we will ask for a copy of the invoice.

Complaint within warranty period.
If you submit a complaint about an item, we will check whether the warranty provisions, as described in the general terms and conditions, apply to your personal situation.
If the complaint is justified, all costs (including shipping costs) within the warranty period will be borne by Esterella Lingerie.
